Any time you are consciously cultivating a sense of love, relaxation, and compassion you are meditating.
Even hugging your cat is a great form of meditation; one of my personal favorites, and from my cats purring I’m guessing it’s one of his too.
Let’s be real, if everyone hugged a cat more often, there would be world peace.
